What we do with your details
Classy Grass Services collects the minimum needed to reply to you and quote the work, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you ask us for a free estimate we store your name, phone number, email address, the property address you gave us, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to reply to you, to price the work, and, if you go ahead, to keep a record of the property we are looking after. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not turn into work are deleted after twenty-four months. Customer records are kept for as long as we look after the property and for seven years after that, which is what our insurance and accounts require.
Asking us to delete it
Email cody@classygrass.pro or call (217) 433-4357 and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason. Our postal address is 200 Lewis Park Dr, Suite 1, Mt Zion, IL 62549.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
